Before We Get To The Application Process,
Let Us Outline How the Program works
Compensation Plan:
Initially the Consultant gets 90% of the bill rate & InterBase retains 10% of the bill rate.
Our program works like this: Your base salary will be $60,000 or the prevailing wage for your assignment, whichever is higher. InterBase deducts a flat 10% of the bill rate to cover employer payroll taxes. After the deduction, your gross salary is 80% of the bill rate. Base salary is always paid monthly with a one pay-period lag.
We pay a bonus salary equal to the difference between your 90% rate (minus the cost of employer payroll taxes) and the base salary. The bonus salary is typically paid after the receipt of payment from the client.
Benefits:
InterBase will provide Fortune 500 style benefits. These include complete Medical Insurance, Dental Insurance, Long term disability and Life insurance to their consultants. InterBase will pay 100% of the premium for Dental Insurance, Long term Disability and Life Insurance and will pay 50% of the premium of our standard Medical plan.
Marketing Plan
At InterBase, we take a team work approach, whereby we work hard to find our consultants a project as well as we encourage our own consultants to be actively looking for their own assignments. Find projects in the shortest time possible with the help of our highly experienced Sales and Marketing team and using our streamlined proven high-octane marketing process.
Billing Rate:
We will provide you with a copy of the contract and/or the invoice, which we send to the client, to let you know the exact bill rate charged to the client for your services.
Green Card Processing:
InterBase is qualified for PERM method of filing for the Green Card. This enables you get your greencard fast and in the shortest possible timeframe. InterBase can start filing for Green Card processing immediately once the consultant starts on a project with the client.
Why do we say it is 100% of Bill Rate and How do we differentiate from other companies that offer 90% plan
In most other companies that offer the 90% plan, the consultant gets as gross salary 80% of the bill rate and the medical/dental benefits (if any) comes out of the consultant 80% share. In our plan also the consultant gets 80% of the bill rate as gross salary but in addition to that we also contribute 25% of your gross salary (25% of your annual income) towards your retirement plan in the form of ESOP. 25% of 80% is 20% so in essence we give you 80% +20% i.e. 100% of your Bill rate back to you. On top of these, we pay for most of the Fortune 500 style Benefits that we offer. You may ask how we can afford to do these and still stay in business. The thing is that, this is only a limited time program & opportunity and we are only looking to increase our revenues and not profit from this plan. As mentioned earlier, we are only looking to hire 18 consultants on this plan so we can reach 100+ employees in the next 2-3 months.
